1 /5 Mike: Unprofessional and biased. Rescheduled mediation because they were out of the country, leaving me with only days to get mediation done before court. There were two dogs running around the office barking the entire time I was there. The attorney took every opportunity to tell me what “the judge” cares about and doesn’t. They were more interested in discussing prospective job opportunities with my ex than trying to find common ground. The attorney’s demeanor made the entire situation worse. If you can avoid this person, my recommendation is to get another mediator assigned to your case because they are supposed to be neutral.
