Kristine McIntosh I was surprised that I was able to talk to Mr. Pancer right away for a consultation on a divorce. He answered all my questions and did not make me feel rushed. His secretary was very nice and answered the phone in a professional manner, unlike some law firms where people are answering the phones as if they’re answering their personal cell.
