2 /5 Dave Higgs: Was terrific at the start, but the longer the case went on, the worse he got. Id send half-a-dozen emails & leave voicemails/emails over the course of severl weeks and he would not reply. The worst part: at the very end, when all I needed was ONE single-paged document to finish everything, he refused to send it to me, without even acknowledging that I was asking for it. Hed had it in his possession for a MONTH -- it wouldve taken mere minutes to email. The only way I was finally able to wrest it out of him was to threaten to report him to the Bar Assn.
