Deb Monday, 09/15/2025, began as a horrible day! There were 3 fraud account(s) posted on my account, which left me in the negative. I was frustrated and upset because I did not think that this would get resolved immediately, amongst other issues. Clovis’s Branch Manager, Andrea West helped me, and saved me! She was wonderful! Although, it was confusing to me, she knew her stuff, and explained to me what she was doing every step of the way! Prior to her helping me, I was considering changing to another Credit Union. Andrea did a great job, and I would like to thank her for everything, and this is why I’m posting a review!

Lori Beth Merrill As a fiduciary, I often have new clients who are years behind on their taxes. Mary works in a forensic way methodically and completely catching them up and negotiating with the IRS to minimize penalties and interest. She keeps in good contact to let me know where we are at and her fees are modest. She maintains regular hours and is very affable. Maureen is always a great help in answering questions too! You would be fortunate if she takes you as a client as you can be comforted by her years of experience and knowledge of the latest laws. Mary is the whole package.
