I have contacted The Accident Guys the day after the incident and I was met with a level of care that youd expect from friends and family members. Immediately I was referred to their trusted network of doctors and therapists and they have contacted the representative of the offending party right away. I was kept appraised of the entire process, every step of the way.
It has taken about 6 months to receive the first settlement offer which we have declined, on the advice of TAG. The second and final settlement was reached in April of 2022 and we have accepted it.
The entire experience was as professional as it was friendly. I cannot praise this firm enough, I will be forever grateful. As much as I hope not needing to use their services in the future, should the need arise, I will always use The Accident Guys. Thank you!
