TCS Insurance - San Rafael (CA)

Ashequlla Wazir Ahmad I will not suggest to anyone this place. I called to get a insurance quote for my vehicle, it them 10-15 minutes to get my information. After that, she told me she will email me the quote. After waiting for 2 hours and no email from her, I called them she told me she couldnt find my information. I emailed her a copy of my drive license and waited another 2 hours. No response and called her again. This time she even pick up my call so wasted all my day.

Raghupathi S Alicia is always diligent and professional. Alicia promptly follow-up for the query / changes on my policy very efficiently, quickly and effectively. Alicia sincerely care about the insurance coverage and explained every small details in full. Im satisfied with the Insurance service received from Alicia and her Allstate team. Ive been a customer of Allstate Sunnyvale for many years and Alicias team has always met my expectations. My claims were resolved promptly and successfully.
