5 /5 cynthia dantoni: Matthew Hagues Farmers Insurance office gave me excellent service for more than 15 years. I had to move out of state, really tried hard to keep him as my agent but was not possible due to laws of out of state clients. He looks after the best interests of his clients as if you were part of his family. HIs office staff was helpful however he liked to also talk to his clients to build a relationship with them. He was great at making sure your policies were updated and you had the right policies for your needs. It is hard to find customer service that he gives. I really miss having him as an agent I can call and ask questions and get answers and actually speak to the agent without always having to go through a customer service agent or representative. If you want great insurance company and a great agent to help your needs, his agency is the one you want. Really miss having him as my agent.
