I can’t thank her enough for listening and understanding. When life happens and things we can’t control come into play it’s places like Lendmark and Carmen who showed not just integrity, but pure professionalism. She took the time to understand my situation and help to find a solution when most places would have just dim the lights even more. Nobody wants to be in unexpected situations, but Carmen related to the situation not only as a professional, but as a person who understands life in general.
