Our virtual meeting with Krystal was very helpful as she explained the process and assisted us with the documents that we need to provide prior to our in-person meeting with Ben. We enjoyed our meeting with Ben. He was very welcoming and made us feel like long-time clients. He took the time to explain all that we need to know and informed us of the options available to us as he went over the entire planning process based on what we need.
