What caught our attention and made me decide to schedule a consultation was that someone said "they really care about their clients". This is hard to find nowadays. It seems like good, caring businesses dont exist. Anyway my appointment was at 3:30 and surprisingly he was on time which I really appreciated. He was very nice and attentive. His staff had even made notes which he took the time to read before starting out meeting. He listened to my concerns and ended up advising me to try resolving the issue on my owm but gave me a plan on how to go about that. I will definitely be back if I do need to escalate the matter further with my property management.
