1 /5 Sanny Sid: Before you hire them as your legal partner, think again. They rarely pick up calls and can be quite rude over email. Aditi, in particular, should learn how to treat clients respectfully. I had emailed them requesting an appointment as I had some important queries. They initially scheduled one, but cancelled at the last moment, saying they were working on other “important cases.” For me, my case is important too. They rescheduled for the next day over the phone but never bothered to call me. The following day, another appointment was set — this time, their network “failed.” After repeated delays and lack of professionalism, I decided to change my lawyer. I’m not making any of this up — I have email conversations to prove it if anyone wants to see them.
