Philip Johnson I sought out legal advice regarding a long-time issue with my apartment’s elevator. You see, it’s always broken. And the permit is out of date. I’ve tried for years to get them to replace the elevator but it seems they’ve made a business decision to never replace it. So my neighbors and I suffer for it, frequently.
