Frank Pennisi Louis is very helpful and passionate about what he does. He really knows the law through and through. He is working with me on a case to help me get my dog back from some people who adopted him from the Santa Barbara Country animal shelter, who’s employees ignored me when I told them many times that I was cutting my vacation short, and taking a last minute flight back to Santa Barbara to pick him up. The case is still open but it’s looking very promising. This guy doesn’t back down!
