5 /5 Justin Ughoc: Bo and his team are absolutely amazing! Work comp cases are an extremely long drawn out process to begin with. This becomes frustrating and overwhelming, not to mention trying to recover from your injury. Bo did an amazing job staying on top of the entire process along with providing excellent communication regarding the status of my case. He always responded promptly with any questions I had along the way. When the time came to settle my case Bo did an outstanding job at negotiating and explaining the thought process behind it. I never once felt left in the dark or as a number on a file. Once my case was finally settled and closed, I was introduced to Bo’s associate Bob. Bob took on the daunting task of working my subsequent injury case. This is another very long, confusing, and complicated process which becomes overwhelming and frustrating. I cannot say enough good words to describe the patience and commitment Bob brings to this type of case. He always answered my emails in a prompt manner. Every question and concern I had was answered and explained in detail. The outcome of my case has been life changing. We all know what a process it is when you get hurt at work. and how it changes your family when the income is not there, it’s a process that nobody should go through, but if you have the right lawyers and the right people they will guide you through it not only did they get me a fair settlement and make me feel comfortable through the process with the doctors and everything else involved at the end of the settlement they let me know a little bit of what they call SINTF it’s an additional payment for all your injuries that you had during your work history so you can get a retirement even though you’re not there yet and I had no idea about that, but everybody should know and I appreciate these too. I can’t say enough good words But thank you I appreciate you have a great life you’re the best!!!!!!!!!!

I was informed by my attorney of the SIBTF (Subsequent Injury Benefit Trust Fund) and they proceeded to obtain a settlement for me, that I am happy with. This process is not known to many people and there are very few attorneys that can provide this service/process. Although a long process, it was a blessing to have Bo and Bob working on my behalf!
