I had fallen down a wet stairwell that has left me with a rough physical injury and emotional scars. After I was told by the ER that I absolutely needed a lawyer, I had no idea where to turn. I initially found a shady law firm from the internet and after 5 days I realized that was a big mistake. They were awful. They were dismissed and then I found Scranton and they immediately took my case. They took the time to actually listen and care, never rushed. They made me feel like a person. In the beginning I was overwhelmed and unsure of how the process works but they have made it easy and understandable for me, not adding any extra stress or upset about what I was already dealing with.
Some things that have come up are of a sensitive nature. When I initially discussed it with Daniel and another team member, they were very understanding and helped me to feel comfortable and not as embarrassed in uncomfortable discussions. Daniel has been kind and thorough and wonderful in helping me through this process.
Gloria has been working with me with questions and paperwork and she has been amazing. She’s very friendly and helps take the burden off of the frustrating process. When I had to discuss more in detail some of the sensitive issues, she was right there making it okay. She takes the time to ask how my husband and son are doing and how they are handling my situation which I truly appreciate. She is a gem.

They know what they are doing and do not fill you up with candy-coated promises. They care and stand up for you. They are honest and will work hard for you.
