Raja Orr A former employer appealed my unemployment and I was so scared I would lose to him in court. I contacted over 20 different lawyers to help me with my appeal hearing and all refused to help me except Mr. Barnum. Mr. Barnum met with me outside his business hours on a short notice and educated me about my rights and helped me put together cross examination questions that would help my case. From Cordell & Cordell, Ben had my best interest in mind when representing me during my divorce case involving two little girls. As a father, I wasnt too sure what to expect but Ben ensured I got 50/50 custody of my girls, which was my primary objective. Although Cordell & Cordell fees can be a little on the medium to high side, especially if the other party decides to drag the case, I can attest that it was worthy. She left and we are very grateful to not have to go through the eviction process. I feel in these circumstances, better safe than sorry. $500 to communicate to renters that you will take legal action if they stay I suspect is effective more often than not to people who try to play games.
