5 /5 Matthew Richetelli: I hired Neil back in February. My situation was very complicated. Unlucky circumstances led to tough decisions financially in a short amount of time and I was drowning. Almost immediately I was informed that I did not qualify due to a large severance payment and I was stressing out, was without work and just paid a months worth of bills for this service. Neil immediately offered a refund minus the paper fees, etc. I didn’t know how long I’d be without work so he informed me we can keep moving forward and reassess every month. He stuck with that plan and touched bases with me as time went on. I have found a new job and today we decided to move forward and get me filed. After looking at all the new numbers he told me with the new income I’m making and with the amount of debt I have, he couldn’t in good conscience recommend “taking the Bankruptcy bullet” in case I’m in a much worse circumstance down the road where I’ll need it even more. Without me even asking, he wished me luck and offered me a refund of my $3250 minus only a very minimal amount. I’m getting back over 80% of my fees. I appreciate this offices diligence in continuing to fight for this, and am extremely appreciative of their honesty and willingness to refund me as much as they are. This experience started off terribly, through no fault of theirs, but in the end I am completely satisfied with the outcome. God forbid I will ever need to explore this again in the future, but if I do (even though I live 7 hours away from their office now) I will be hiring Neil again.
