My parents are seniors and new residents of California with various other nontraditional elements of their household. They explained all the options clearly, making sure that my parents recieved the best plan for their needs with the most savings. Their response time was extremely quick even though it was during the busiest part of the enrollment period. And they remained available to assist and expedite things when my parents had questions about initating their selected coverage. Now he’s gone one step further, and he’s hired a wonderful lady named Roxy in Alabama to cover certain things that she specializes in to give his customer the best of service. I had a wonderful experience and feel very comfortable now with what is to transpire. I was not at fault, and they are going to take care of what I have to do every step of the way. I have an appointment with the body shop and then I have to go back to drop the car off since it is drivable and then they will have set up a rental car for me as soon as I let them know When I will need the car. No worries. Life can be stressful enough, and I think that my agent and his staff do their best to make everything go smoothly, especially when it was no fault of your own. Way to go!
