I was initially hopeful, as he promised to call me back within a few days with a quote. Unfortunately, three weeks passed without any word from him. Despite my attempts to follow up with both a phone call and a message through their websites contact form, I received no response. Its disheartening to experience such unprofessional behavior, especially when they initially seemed willing to help. Im left wondering why they would bother setting up a meeting if they had no intention of following through for potential clients.
