When you leave a message, they phone back, are courteous and friendly, and help you navigate the ins and outs of the process of filing your claim, and in my case, getting my car repaired properly. They really went the distance. Renting a car, which was on my policy, was smooth and straightforward.

Lil Deme31 They are the only insurance company Ive used ever that actually does their job without having to call and remind them about things and when I do call to have changes made or to add home policy or another vehicle they always have a low price. They explain everything involved and they deal with the car lenders and the home lenders for you in terms of insurance. Every experience Ive had with this branch in Anderson California has been nothing but fantastic. I highly suggest you use them as an insurance company and I dont even live in Anderson.
