My mom found their website and we called. We cannot even begin to explain how much weight they lifted off our shoulders from that 1st phone call. They were so helpful, answered any questions we had, reassured us they were going to do everything they could to help us and THEY DID!!! I co-signed a car for my brother but unfortunately, he was transporting illegal aliens in San Diego. My brother was arrested, and the truck was seized by border patrol. Dan Smith and his team did a great job recovering my vehicle. I highly recommend them!

This second time I was caught again in San Diego with people & was the driver, my car was seized & impounded. I did my research & they proved to be the people to help me out with my issue. Attorney Daniel Smith was able to help me with my paperwork on my seized vehicle & get me answers on my vehicle in the time frame of 2 months or so & I was able to get out of it with no fines. I reached out and he told me my money will be released within a couple months and he was true to his word. Now two years later he calls me about more funds they released. I had forgot all about the situation by now. Very honest man. He could have kept the money and I would have never known anything about it.
