5 /5 Iris Gibbs: This is an updated review from one I did nine years ago. Today I can say with the help of Attorney Violeta Delgado and her team, I am finally a permanent resident. I had my I-130 approved in 2020 and I decided to put it on hold and do advance parole last year. I filed for adjustment of status through my US citizen husband of 10 years December 2024 and received my interview for May 2025. I was guided and supported every step of the way by her team, especially Jessica, who prepared me for my interview and always kept me updated of new communication. I had the confidence of knowing that Attorney, Violeta Delgado, is not only knowledgeable and dedicated to helping the undocumented community, but has the best support staff in the game. My I130 and 601a were approved with no issues. They guided me every step of the way and made sure to prepare our packets perfectly to meet the expectations of USCIS. The current administration is extremely picky so I’m grateful for the guidance and incredible work on our case. Once I got to the National Visa step, they submitted all my documents to Guatemala consulate and prepared me for my visa interview. Honestly this entire case was very nerve wrecking because you hear so many things that happen. I follow a Facebook group for Ciudad Juarez and it made me very nervous to read how many people get denied over missing documents and lack of attorney. Everything went well on all the appointments and my husband was very well prepared for his interview. An fyi for everyone, you will be put on administrative review after interview because officers now are being very anal about everything and making sure there is no fraud. For us thankfully it was a total of 10 days and now we are back and waiting for his green card to arrive in the mail. Trust me!! You an experienced and knowledgeable attorney for this process!
