He couldnt answer my question right away and promised to call me back the next day, once he got all the information. Of course I didnt expect to hear from him again and to my surprise he called and had good news for me. This was the best customer service Ive had in a long time, and it was nice to be able to talk to a person and not a robot. Tom Gaffney was very, very helpful. He deserves a raise or at least some praise. Hes a great employee.
