Dan B. Steven Nakano saved my life! If I could leave 10 stars I would. He is truly the last of the Mohicans when it comes to a defense attorney in Santa Clara county. He is the kindest, most honest attorney Ive ever met in my entire life. I came to Mr. Nakano after being cheated out of alot of money by another attorney who had no real interest in helping me with my case. From the moment I walked into his office, he treated me with compassion and care. He was brutally honest with me and went out of his way to explain all of my options. Najia Said Just had a quick conversation with Brett on his way out of town about my divorce situation. Although he is closing his family law practice he was very generous with giving me sound advice on weather or not to hire a lawyer for my case. He provided some steps I could take now and advice that I should have applied had I known during the beginning of the divorce. Adam McDonald This is the second time Wendy has represented us. The first time was years ago during a custody battle with my wifes two kids and her ex-husband. It was messy and stressful.
