Jill, the receptionist, is an absolute sweetheart. Her soft tone is always comforting as well as welcoming. When youre dealing with these matters, its nice to have that bit of calm that is Jill.
Tina, Mikes paralegal, is a diamond in the rough. You can tell she truly cares about you as a person and your case. Multiple times she would call to ask how my son was doing. It was comforting to know this firm cared about more than the almighty dollar.
Then there is Mike, and his sister Michelle work together like no other siblings i have ever encountered. Theyre pevel of team work is unmatched. Seeing them in the courtroom together, how quickly Michelle was able to help Mike was amazing. Im sure at some point there has to be some rivalry, but you as their client will NEVER see it! Professional. Polished. Exemplary. These are only a few of the positive terms I can think of to describe this team. Dale Hatherley, you should be the proudest father in the world.
Mike handled my case. Hes not one of those attorneys thats out to bleed you dry. He shoots straight from the hip. He tells you what you NEED to hear, not what you WANT to hear. But he does so in a kind manner.
Mike also listens. He hears you. Hell give you his opinion, but ultimately recognizes youre the one paying the bill. Not too many attorneys out there that are willing to put their ego aside for their clients. Mike is truly one of a kind!
I cant speak highly enough about this team. Having spent 20+ years as a business professional in the casino industry, I can honestly say I have NEVER seen a group of people work so well together.
