1 /5 T M: Our experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the beginning, they rarely—if ever—answered phone calls. Initially, they were overly communicative, calling and texting us frequently. But once they signed us, it was radio silence. It’s been over a year since they promised to resolve our case, and we’ve had no meaningful updates despite multiple attempts to reach out to our case handler. To make matters worse, they continued to rack up fees with our chiropractor, fully aware that they couldnt recover anything at this stage. As a result, our family is now facing over $6,000 in collections because of their negligence. This firm seems to care more about volume than actual client outcomes. Once they secure their 40%, it feels like youre forgotten. If I could give 0 out of 5 stars, I would. Save yourself the frustration—find a firm that actually advocates for you.

When calling, there are only three options available: 1 – New inquiries 2 – Existing clients 3 – Attorneys seeking the litigation department I tried all three options and spent over 45 minutes attempting to speak with someone. Despite repeated attempts, no one ever answered the phone. With customer service like this, I find it very difficult to trust your law firm—especially when clients rely on timely communication and support during stressful situations. If this is the level of responsiveness someone can expect, it raises serious concerns about how your firm handles its clients’ cases. Based on my experience, I would not recommend or trust this firm. This kind of service contributes to a very poor reputation.
