5 /5 Patricia MacceiAdkins: Employees always polite and friendly. If there is an issue with your account they fix it right away. Their money market gives the best interest rate by far than any other banking institution. Getting to the teller is always quick. Ive never stood in line longer than a minute or two on their busy days. ATM is located both inside and outside the credit union and they have a guard at the front door to welcome you in. Plenty of parking. They offer other services also if you are interested in making your savings grow. Well worth checking them out.

One told me he was about to leave for lunch when I asked for help, and he decided as soon as I told him what I needed--to change my password for online banking since I got a new phone recently--that hed get lunch afterwards. With all the bank branches closing, I worried this location would close, too, and I rely on it to pay my rent with cashiers checks (only $5 each)--the employees assured me their location wont be closing, so if youre in the area, sign up for an account there!

5 /5 Justin Walker: Just opened an account and had a great experience. Started from the moment I walked in the door. Joseph greeted me and helped me get situated. He also greeted everyone else who walked in during my time there. He seemed to know most by first name. DeMarco was the one who helped me out. He was very helpful and got my account set up. He was able to answer all of my questions and got me all set up fairly quick. Great customer service all around from everyone.
