Kathy and her staff provide me with friendly, efficient and personalized service. Their online banking is easy to use and provides me with convenient tools to manage my accounts and finances and I use it almost every day. I especially love that it has never cost me anything to bank with Pacific Crest except a $5 membership fee. They dont nickle and dime you with monthly account maintenance fees. At Pacific Crest, my accounts earn dividends and they pay me to bank with them.
