Bob and all the others who work together at O’Donnell have been more than kind, have gone out of their way to help me; even with the uninformed questions I present to them. They have always returned my calls, even when I couldn’t answer. Nyl Eikram This company has allowed a man using my identity to open multiple loan accounts and does absolutely nothing to help me when I call. The website refuses to let me submit a contact form, the email they tell you to message always comes back as a failure notice and I even asked for help on Facebook where instead of helping me they asked if I wanted a loan and continued to ignore me. Questionable company that does absolutely nothing to help when needed
