Melissa S Polam Federal Credit Union has saved me many, many times; and, I’m not even a member! My credit union is based in Southern California. Many of the CUs here have stopped providing services such as cashier’s checks. Thankfully, Polam is not one of them. The gals who assist me are always so kind and patient. Becky Reece I have used Eureka Payments for a number of special events and we have always had great service. Recently, they went above what you would expect. I got our terminal and brought it to where we were going to use it. After plugging it in, I had trouble getting it connected to the WiFi. I followed the troubleshooting guide, but it still wouldnt connect. I went back to Eureka Payments to find out what the problem was. Rather than just telling me what to do, Scott from the office, went out to the site and stayed there until he got my credit card terminal working. I was so happy with the service. We had no other issues with our terminal.
