They saved me over $350 a month on auto insurance with a 19 year old girl and 18 year old boy driver. They are contracted with high quality companies with a competitive rate! So far so good!!!

1 /5 Emma Gonzales: Went there about a month ago for some questions about a claim. One of their staff, Margarita, was very rude and unprofessional. Refused to hear my concerns, instead of helping me, she pointed to her sign that says they have the right to refuse anyone. Thank God, i found another insurance company IN California (quick), even though they made it sound that a venture such as that would be futile. The only reason i was able to post this is because I had to give one star, but in reality, Mota insurance deserves no stars for the way they treat their customers.

In terms of navigating policies, Mr. Juan Mota is extremely knowledgeable, clear in his explanations, and managed to save me over 50 dollars a month in switching from Farmers to his agency. He always seeks what is best for you as a client and makes sure you as a client understand the policies. When a claim did come up, the response was lightning fast, and they were always in my corner every step of the way to ensure quick and complete payment. I would never go anywhere else for insurance. Highly recommend them!

5 /5 Luis Ruiz: I have been a customer of the Mota insurance family for over 15 years. My home insurance and flood policies, as well as vehicles for all my family members are insured through them. Juan Mota, Jr. has been there to assist any time, even after hours and during holidays, such as when my wifes vehicle was hit by diver that ran a red light, Juan jumped on his vehicle and came out to the site to ensure we were fine and assisted with processing the accident report and claim. Juan is also diligent to review all our policies at least on annual basis to ensure we have the best coverage possible and suggest ways to save money in our policies when thus is an option. I have referred Motas Insurance Agency to family members, friends and my clients and I will continue to do so because of their great customer service, good coverage rates and above all because they truly treat their customers as family.
