1 /5 Fabiola Trigueros: Working with Gabriel Jack has been one of the most disappointing legal experiences I’ve ever had. My family hired him for my mother’s immigration case and paid 5K, yet absolutely nothing was done. For over a year, we received no real progress, and every time I contacted the office, they had no idea who we were. It was clear he never even looked at our case. Gabriel Jack takes on way too many clients and doesn’t have the capacity or care to manage them properly. There’s a complete lack of communication, organization, and accountability. We trusted him with something deeply important to our family, and he treated it like just another number in a pile. I’ve requested a refund due to the complete inaction and negligence, and even that has been ignored. If you care about your loved ones and want real legal support, I strongly urge you to stay away from this attorney. This was a waste of time, money, and emotional energy.
