She was very quick in responding and getting things going. My husband and I didnt agree with each other when it came hiring Elizabeth or even moving forward with the suit. Elizabeth was very supportive and understanding and also transparent. I appreciated her time and effort and she was always there to answer any questions I had. I remember there was a form I had to fill out when I went to physical therapy. There were all these options about insurances and co-pays and medical pay. I didnt know the difference! I took a picture of everything and like a child needing help with her homework, I texted Elizabeth in the early morning hours and she responded promptly and guided me through it.
