Tim Hold Avoid this guy. I got paired with him as a part of my employers free legal consultation program. He is very rude and curt. He didnt let me finish explaining my situation before he interrupted and and gave his opinion. He was also audibly annoyed when I asked follow up questions. At one point he told me "he didnt want to keep repeating himself". I got the feeling he wanted to hang up the phone as quickly as possible.

Mark Tungol I thought of moving into a debt settlement business to ease me of my duties, however, the Chapter 7 bankruptcy lawyer suggested I submit bankruptcy rather since equally impact my fico ratings and the bankruptcy procedure is a lot faster. I really dont regret working with their firm.
