5 /5 Arlene Taylor: A rock hit my front windshield while I was driving thru construction on I-5 south. I left a message for Allstate and was called back in just a few minutes. Then I was connected with the glass claims department and they already had most of the work done in filling out the form based on the information I had provided to Allstate. I have an appointment with Safelite and it is possible it may be a "fill-in" rather than a replacement. I sincerely appreciate the efficiency.
