They take time to explain any questions I or my Boards may have and will even attend a meeting if necessary. They always have the Boards best interest in mind when finding the best insurance for their needs. Highly recommended.

Mara Johnson Doug and Kimberly have been on my side through many changes in my life, since 1995. I appreciate that they are responsive, accessible, and are really great at explaining options as my insurance needs evolve. In particular, Doug went the extra mile to personally advise my son, helping him understand what car insurance is all about, when he got his first car. Kimberly ran and reran the quotes. Honestly, they feel like allies and I appreciate them greatly. Five stars!

S. Carrillo Horrible. Take your business else where!!Customer service is a joke. Shame on this company, I had to help my Grandfather cancel his policy after realizing he was being swindled. Went into my local office just to be treated like I was taking money from them. All 3 workers had no respect for my privacy shouting out my info across the room.

She is up to date with all changes and is excellent in communicating this to all her clients by giving zoom meetings. I am still delighted with the quality of care that Karen gives me and her other clients. I highly recommend her and know that she will go the extra mile for her clients. She gives personal care in what your needs are and offers so much helpful information. I am so pleased with Karen Good and her staff. I am super prepared and confident that I have the best medical coverage for my needs. I cant express how pleased I am with Karen Good and her Staff.
