John Dee Wise Sr Not a good day. T hey closed my account. And insisted I open a new one. I had several deposits. Not only would they not let me access my money. They couldnt even tell me when I could. My account was hacked I guess. Had somebodys email down as mine and i never heard of the email before. So basically I was punished for my account being hacked. They treated me like I was responsible. I was quite taken back from the way they spoke to me. To top it off. NOT ONE EMAIL OR ANY NOTICE FROM GOLDEN 1. If I hadnt gone in there today I would of never known. I cant pay some of my bills now. Ive been with them for about 10 years and I was treated like a criminal. Not once we did they say sorry or seem even concerned. Im devastated and will be looking for a new bank. I would and will not recommend them to Anyone

Corvette Mike I just had my personal taxes done by them and loved the end result. I always like a 2nd opinion, so when a friend recommended Alex, I made an appointment. But before I went, I also did my taxes online with one of the best packages according to reviews. Alexs team was able to almost double my tax return, as the online systems did not take into account some big deductions. The cost was very reasonable and they even did my daughters return for just a bit more! They also E-File so I hope to get my return fast. I highly recommend them.
