Megan Davila made a very special effort to find me & call me to tell me about the piece of mail. After finding me she mailed it to my Oregon address. How many people do that? Nobody. I have always been impressed by the very personal service and attention to detail that these professional people have given to me over the 21 years that I have been with Umpqua. But the follow up and attention to me and my account is amazing. Umpqua Bank sets the standard for courtesy, attention to detail and professionalism. Asha Frazier Customer Service is very helpful and easy to work with. Many companies now put chat and phone bots on the front line, that waste your time. Jaimie was great !! She patiently helped me unravel new renewal issues. Frazier followed up to make sure I did not miss my wildfire insurance due date. The entire Frazier Team, communicates well together and is quick to respond and give good answers by email.
