Zoe Bell I recently called and talked to Tre who was informative and helpful. My car insurance premium had been raised and I wanted to know why, and that conversation led to looking at my coverage overall. He said hed follow up by email, and did, and added that hed forgotten to include roadside assistance as an option, and detailed what is covered. An overall great experience. Theyve also hired somebody new named Amanda. This State Farm has been responsive and competent, since David Wong bought it about 3 years ago (I was a customer of the previous person, who retired) and I found Tre to be an outstanding member of the team.

Dr Woodward I received extremely fast and thorough service from Jon Clague at Reinhardt. He found a policy that worked well for me, and even found some associated benefits that I had not anticipated. He went out of his way to arrange some features on my policy that I would not have known to ask for. He always answered questions promptly and courteously by phone, text, or email. His contacts at the company I bought the policy from were also invaluable in helping me buy my policy as soon as possible. I had an urgency that he completely understood and on which he acted right away. I will certainly use Mr Clague as an agent for all my other insurance needs.

A. Rex Stonefield deserves all 5 stars. I had a relatively challenging situation which two other brokers and my efforts at dealing directly with carriers were unable to resolve. Spencer picked up immediately and settled it in one call resulting in a policy with the same level of coverate for literally one quarter of the price I was getting quoted elsewhere (even though some quotes were coming from the same carriers). And he did that job with kindness, professionalism and empathy. If youre looking for a local broker that cares and can actually get the job done, look no further.
