1 /5 Scott Di Panni student: Do yourself a favor and use someone with more experience. If my accuser has shown up, we would have lost the case because she was uneducated, unprepared, and inefficient at her job. What was the most disappointing is I knew more about the case, how to handle it, who our judge was, and what to bring. On top of her negligence, she also lied to me, agreeing to my mission while knowing it was not the prime directive for her. She used and abused our relationship by lying to me in the beginning, acting like she had my best interest at heart while withholding pertinent information from her client, then abandoning me when it was time to close the case. She has been reported to the California Bar and I will be taking her license. Do yourself a favor, just go with the lawyer that is straight up. The nice ones are bad-to-mid at best. Take it from someone who has had 6 in the last two years.
