I initially assumed that this dispute would be solved via action through small claims. After a quick consult (1 hour or so) with Michael Murphy Jr. we formulated a plan and he drafted a demand letter. We had two or three revisions before a final draft was sent to the counter party. Within 1 week of the letter being sent, Michael Murphy Jr contacted me with the merchants response as well as provided guidance. Michael Murphy Jr was fantastic about negotiating and quickly moving towards resolution without the costly (time wise) involvement of the courts. I feel that what was arranged was fair and honest and now we can all move forward with our lives. I would certainly recommend the Law Offices of Michael C.
