My main issue is that I lived six hours away in Oregon and needed to find ways to resolve the issue normally across state borders. This didn’t seem like an issue for her. She went to bat for me. 1 /5 Property Management: *Beware* This is by far the worst attorney I’ve ever had. I would have been better off with a public defender. (And I eventually did after firing her. The public defender even had it expunged for free.) Maria could barely speak English at a hearing. She didn’t bother getting the records of my breathalyzer. To prove there wasn’t intent. I was intoxicated. She doesn’t even review paperwork till the hour of. She has you hire a scam artist therapist. She would tell me the wrong court dates. I am shocked she is still practicing law and hasn’t been disbarred. She is preying on good people that have made a mistake. She did not defend me, had no power to negotiate. I had to plea no contest to a felony I didn’t commit. I paid for a crime I didn’t commit. She doesn’t bother obtaining evidence, she doesn’t bother calling anybody. I had thought because I never heard from her, that it was because she was doing her job. No, it’s because she wasn’t doing it at all. How many lives has she ruined? She is a criminal.
