For the first time in 5 years, we had to open a claim for an auto accident. This proved to be a true testament to how skilled this agency is. It was so incredible to have the right coverage in place thanks to Su. We were able to get repairs started immediately by going through our carrier instead of having to wait for the at fault partys insurance carrier to accept liability for the accident. Our vehicle that got hit was a truck that we need for work and this agency made sure that we had the proper rental car coverage in place so that we were able to get a truck as a rental within our allowable coverage. Our agent was so responsive and guided me every time I asked for help. She provided critical guidance that kept our out of pocket expenses to literally zero and she even helped me get our deductible waived prior to the truck being repaired.
