1 /5 Caterinee Ramirez: If i could I would give them 0 star please do not come to get insured with these people. when my insurance policy was going to be over i went ahead and got i different insurance company. My new company was treating with my old company directly but LIZ went and renewed my policy with out contacting me which they still kept charging me. I Called the insurance directly cancelled it. but now Im in collections because of Liz. I called once again to kemper specialty to see what was going on, when I got to talk to an agent it was Liz & she didnt want to own up to what she had done. she told me to call my agent and talk to them BUT SHE IS MY AGENT!!! horrible horrible services !
