Emily Lin Love this bank! The staff is always incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. They take care of what I need right away and always ask if there’s anything else they can help with. Security personnel are always friendly too. Staff always confirms the amount I’m requesting, counts it out for me, and offers an envelope and receipt. Nyl Eikram This company has allowed a man using my identity to open multiple loan accounts and does absolutely nothing to help me when I call. The website refuses to let me submit a contact form, the email they tell you to message always comes back as a failure notice and I even asked for help on Facebook where instead of helping me they asked if I wanted a loan and continued to ignore me. Questionable company that does absolutely nothing to help when needed
