Jim Fimbrez I had heard of One Main Financial, but had never had any person to person communication with them. I will say this, from the person that set an appointment to the, Merced office for me, to the representative that help me get my loan approved, were very curious, with very simple to understand various options & give you answers to any questions you have. They were so kind, they even reached out & went as far as mailing. W/stamp, a bill, I screwed up trying to pay it online. A very relaxing atmosphere, with everyone around that office, will help with any questions or anything, regarding your business there. The representative that helped me, was very efficient along with a easy to understand description of the segments in receiving the loan. Melissa S Polam Federal Credit Union has saved me many, many times; and, I’m not even a member! My credit union is based in Southern California. Many of the CUs here have stopped providing services such as cashier’s checks. Thankfully, Polam is not one of them. The gals who assist me are always so kind and patient.
