Aida Reznik Colleen at Novato brunch, have been extremely nice and very professional. We financed one car through her few months ago and at the time when we needed to do it again, we had no doubts where to go again. Colleen was quick on answering all the questions, in no time provided the best rates, connected with the dealership and obtained all the necessary documentation to complete the loan. All we had to do is ti show up to sign the paperwork. I’m recommending all my friends and family your bank and Colleen in particular!

Jim Fimbrez I had heard of One Main Financial, but had never had any person to person communication with them. I will say this, from the person that set an appointment to the, Merced office for me, to the representative that help me get my loan approved, were very curious, with very simple to understand various options & give you answers to any questions you have. They were so kind, they even reached out & went as far as mailing. W/stamp, a bill, I screwed up trying to pay it online. A very relaxing atmosphere, with everyone around that office, will help with any questions or anything, regarding your business there. The representative that helped me, was very efficient along with a easy to understand description of the segments in receiving the loan.
