2 /5 Jacob: I had a very challenging experience with Rick on the phone. He would talk over me and spoke to me quite condescendingly. He also quoted me nearly double what I ended up paying elsewhere, and tried to pressure me into committing to a policy with him before even giving me a firm quote. I give 2 stars because he seems knowledgeable and was polite enough when I expressed that I didn’t want to work with him because of how the call went. But overall, I was really disappointed and shocked at how the conversation went. My experience with another agency was smooth, simple, and much more affordable. I would encourage Rick to consider this feedback on how he speaks to prospective customers.

The most impressive he did was that he stepped in and processed my insurance policy the same day I needed it, when I had a family emergency. His service is above and beyond any insurance agency, he is also a good advisor with his extensive knowledge on insurance matters. I would highly recommend him to be your personal insurance agent.

Rick Herscowitz was absolutely fantastic in answering all my questions, and giving me thorough, detailed explanations of my coverages, and all the ways is agency can help. I have policies with different agencies, and I’m seriously considering moving them all to Leland insurance. Just phenomenal service!
