M J Esther Su handled the restatement of my Living Trust. Her trust package included Powers of Attorney, Healthcare Directives, Wills, Certification of Trust, and notarization of all documents. She was very thorough and extremely fast. Within 1 week of the initial meeting, we were back in her office to notarize the final documents. Her attorneys fee were the lowest out of the 3 attorneys I compared. She is very compassionate and patient, yet efficient and knowledgeable. Her offices are conveniently located and she is very responsive by email, even on evenings and weekends. She even provided additional advice to me as I settled my deceased parents estate. Jane Miha Do NOT use! Ian is telling the truth. I met with Sasha, and she was the attorney of my dreams. I was given paperwork to file at the court house that was incomplete and they did not catch they didnt give me the petition. I realized it MYSELF, and I began to call every 3 days to get this one piece of paper that was already completed at my consulting appointment. I was repeatedly lied to that the I would get a call back and the completed paperwork to file. What I got was ONE phone call that began as a conversation for my paperwork, but resulted in a email and text demand for a 15K retainer with no fee schedule, and no completed paperwork. When I reacted to this ridiculous behavior and questioned the objective of the firm, I was treated even worse. I then drove to their Sacramento office to find that it is only a small rented room in a office bank and not a staffed office. When I did finally reach a paralegal and she attempted to file the petition (that was missing from the original paperwork), it was rejected. I am fearful of the sensitive information this firm has regarding me. My time has been wasted and my health harmed. The way I have been treated and ignored is abusive and alarming -- I consider them dangerous. Save yourself.
