5 /5 Wynne Benti: I was visiting Butte County, attending an event in the Plumas National Forest, when I was rear-ended while stopped on my motorcycle by another rider traveling 40mph. After spending four months just trying to resolve the property damage claim (motorcycle salvage) with my own insurance company, I realized that it would be difficult if not impossible to deal with the responsible partys insurance company on my own with the complexities of medical billing and repayments, while undergoing treatment. Because I live in a remote part of California, it was difficult to find any help. Another rider recommended Mr. Buckley and thankfully so. He is an excellent attorney—competent, calm, and compassionate—and most importantly, a rider himself, which brings a level of understanding and expertise to motorcycle accidents that other attorneys dont have. I never had the opportunity to meet Mr. Buckley in person, but he and his staff took care of all of it with aplomb, to the very end, during an incredibly stressful time.

Every time insurance tried to pull a trick to deny or delay medical care they jumped in to get me taken care of. They ultimately got me out of the workers comp system so I could see real doctors I got to choose and start to get proper treatment. Mainly because I don’t want to be the one who provided a good review for someone to read, just to find out later that they were serviced below the level I rated them. With Mr. Buckley and his staff,I have no reservations I have had the privilege of working in an attorney’s office in the past, and grew accustomed to the way they handled their cases and clients. I watched as other attorneys and staff would intentionally avoid their clients; would fail to return phone calls and emails, and blame it all on how busy they are. Larry and his staff are the exception to the rule. Larry seems to have the ability to maintain a good attorney to client ratio which allows him and his office the ability to speak with his clients when needed. He works hard to ensure that your case is handled appropriately and well within the time constraints that are required. And his work is top notch. When speaking with another attorney about Larry I was told, “I’ve never seen an attorney prep a case as well as he does”. When deciding to hire an attorney, one must not choose the office in the tallest building. You should not hire the attorney whose name you hear the most on the radio or TV. Choosing a good attorney can be the difference of getting the representation and compensation you deserve. In some cases, your entire financial future and that of your family’s rest in their hands. 5 /5 joe ghiorso: I got injured 6/7/21 at work and through conversations with my brother who is an attorney recommended that I find a WC attorney because I was receiving a lot of paperwork from WC that I did not understand, and felt as if I was signing something I would regret in the end as WC has a horrible track record especially with the company I work for , so I googled WC attorneys and Larry S.Buckley popped up, located in Chico was great as I live in Redding, I made an appointment for consultation and Bob Davis drove up and answered all my questions and was very comforting to know I had someone watching out for my wellbeing and that any paperwork would go through them and I wouldn’t have to wonder what I was signing or doing , flash forward a year and a half later, I finally got my surgery and now am in the next phase of the WC nightmare, but knowing Bob and especially his assistant Jennifer Bruner are both handling the legal process is very comforting, anytime I have called they take the time and a deep personal interest in my needs ,and that really helps with the emotional and stress and physical healing that I have to focus on, and I know that my future of being able or unable to continue to do my job will be handled by them till the end, I highly recommend them and greatly appreciate everything they have done and are doing to help my family and I through this difficult time. UPDATE: my case has finally been settled and after almost six years I can finally close this chapter of my life and move on, Thank you Bob Davis and Jennifer Bruner, forever grateful.
