Gracie Victorio Gerald is an amazing attorney. He communicates well and is very upfront about your case. My husband was brought to the U.S at 2 years old and because of choices made by his parents was told his whole life he would never be legal. Our case was far from easy. We are so grateful that Gerald took our case being upfront of what could happen every step of the way. Gerald for us made the impossible very much possible. Our family will forever be grateful to him. My husband had to go to Juarez for his interview and even his interview agent told him he had a GREAT lawyer because he did not leave any room for denial. Every step of the way he was a phone call and message away always responding so quickly to any concerns or questions we had. Our process was a long one 7 years from start to finish and a Covid shut down and not once did we have any issues with communication. He was so on top of keeping our case active and moving. I was stressed out but he made me feel at ease with the entire case he was present for all my court dates on behalf of me after the first court hearing which was huge help. I turned my case over to Nate Zwerdling who handled it like a boss/professional while I focused on all the treatment required for me to heal from my injuries. As a result, I received what was fair & appropriate instead of pennies on the dollar that the ins. co. tried to get me to sign up for. After being hurt like I was, I feel totally validated and sincerely grateful. I couldnt ask for a better result and I didnt have to lift a finger or haggle with an insurance adjustor. Thats a win. Highly recommend!

My brand new car was in the shop almost every month, it broke down all the time, and my file of service receipts is over 1 inch thick. I felt my car was terribly unsafe to drive, I wasn’t being taken seriously by the dealer, and my mechanical issues were not being addressed properly.
